Store Policy

Purchases:

All retail items are hand decorated or handmade, are one of kind pieces and all carry a signature. Extra shipping charges may apply for specialty packing and protection. Pick up is recommended when possible. Custom orders can be accommodated.

All food items are made from scratch fresh to order or in extremely small batches. Organic is purchased whenever possible, however if organic is not available the next highest quality manufacturer is used. 

Peanut or gluten allergies: Assume all food items may have common allergens in them that include peanuts, gluten and the like.

 Expect a few days for any food item to be prepared. Custom orders are also available.

Returns & Refunds

Food items are not applicable for returns or refunds. All custom orders will have a separate form for sales.

Retail / Art returns will have to be viewed on a case-by-case basis to confirm if a return or refund will be applied. Please allow up to 30 days for all refunds to complete.

Reiki services: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the $40 fee that is applied during appointment booking.  Deposit fees can be made via Cash, PayPal or CashApp and will be taken at the time of booking.
